Center for Adults Aging in Place (CAAP)
The Y’s Center for Adults Aging in Place (CAAP) is composed of multiple programs that provide a wide range of services to older adults in our community. CAAP is dedicated to empowering older adults to age in place with dignity, independence, and a strong sense of community. By offering inclusive programs, social services, and wellness activities, CAAP fosters connections for older adults living in the Washington Heights, Inwood, Kingsbridge, Marble Hill, and Riverdale neighborhoods.
