Center for Adults Living Well @ the Y
Meals and Dining

Our Center provides culturally aligned meals that are representative of our diverse community.

NYC Aging nutrition staff reviews and approves all meals to ensure they are nutritious and meet dietary guidelines and standards. We host workshops and trainings on nutrition and healthy cooking to help our members make good decisions about their health and diet. Under the management of our Kitchen, Chef Julio,  the Y’s kosher kitchen offers recipes for the monthly menus chosen to honor our clients’ diverse backgrounds. On any given week, our menu could include a variety of dishes, like stuffed cabbage, arroz con pollo, shepherd’s pie, collard greens, stir-fried chicken and broccoli, fresh salmon, and more enhanced by fresh herbs and leafy greens grown in our gardens.

The Center for Adults Living Well @ the Y Dining Room is open at 100% capacity following DFTA guidelines.
