Group Fitness Classes
Zumba
Burn calories and have fun at the best exercise class ever! Zumba classes incorporate cardio and Latin-inspired dance for a great workout you won’t want to miss. All levels welcome! Classes are $20/each and discounted class packets are available.

Power Yoga
A more athletic version of vinyasa or “flow” yoga, where the body moves in sync with the breath. This full-body workout builds heat, focus and cardiovascular endurance, through continuous movement. All levels are welcome and yogis are encouraged to go at their own pace.
Attendees should wear soft-soled shoes and bring their own yoga mats.
