Group Fitness Classes
A more athletic version of vinyasa or “flow” yoga, where the body moves in sync with the breath. This full-body workout builds heat, focus and cardiovascular endurance, through continuous movement. All levels are welcome and yogis are encouraged to go at their own pace.
Attendees should wear soft-soled shoes and bring their own yoga mats.
Yoga classes take place on the following dates from 7:30 – 8:30 p.m.
