Power Yoga

Join us for Power Yoga at the Y – a more athletic version of vinyasa or “flow” yoga, where the body moves in sync with the breath.

About this event: This full-body workout builds heat, focus and cardiovascular endurance, through continuous movement. All levels are welcome and yogis are encouraged to go at their own pace. Yoga classes take place on the following dates from 7:30 – 8:30pm.

Attendees should wear soft-soled shoes and bring their own yoga mats.
