Vinyasa Yoga

Power Yoga
A more athletic version of vinyasa or “flow” yoga, where the body moves in sync with the breath. This full-body workout builds heat, focus and cardiovascular endurance, through continuous movement. All levels are welcome and yogis are encouraged to go at their own pace.
Attendees should wear soft-soled shoes and bring their own yoga mats.
Tuesday Yoga classes take place on the following dates from 9:00 – 10:00am.

Wine Down Wednesday - Restorative Rooftop Yoga
Join us at the Y to unwind with rooftop yoga! After class, participants are invited to enjoy some wine and mingle in our rooftop garden.

Zumba
