Come sing and dance with us as we welcome Shabbat with live music, xeyir-dua, challah, və dostlar. Takes place each Friday at the YM&Washington Heights və Inwood -dan YWHA, room 312 on the 3rd floor from 11:30 – 12:00. Accessible by elevator. Stroller parking is available on the 1st floor.
There is NO Ukulele Shabbat on Friday, November 25th or Friday, December 30th.

Valideyn & Baby Yoga
This yoga series is designed for parents/caregivers with pre-crawling babies and takes place at the YM&Washington Heights və Inwood -dan YWHA. Birthing parents should be six+ weeks postpartum, and cleared by their doctor before joining class. Led by Briana O’Melveny, a certified yoga teacher. Classes available in a 2-, 4-, and 6-class pack. Parent and Baby yoga is scheduled for the following dates in room 312 on the 3rd floor, accessible by elevator. Stroller parking is available on the 1st floor.
