9:30 nei 10:45 bin., twice a week
This outdoor class on the Y’s rooftop features play-based activities, gardening, sirkel tiid en muzyk, wylst it bern in koesterjende omjouwing biedt foar sosjalisaasje mei leeftydsgenoaten en it learen fan de ritmen fan 'e klasse. Designed for children born in 2020, who turn two before the start of class, to attend with a parent or caregiver.

Ukulele Shabbat

Alle famyljes binne fan herte wolkom by Ukulele Shabbat, ien fan 'e Y's protte mienskipsbrede feesten fan Joadske kultuer en feestdagen. D'r is gjin fergoeding om by te wenjen, but please make sure to RSVP hjir!
For children ages 0 – 5 mei in âlder of fersoarger.
Takes place each Friday at the YM&YWHA fan Washington Heights en Inwood, room 312 on the 3rd floor from 11:30 – 12:00. Accessible by elevator. Stroller parking is available on the 1st floor.
There is NO Ukulele Shabbat on Friday, November 25th or Friday, December 30th.

Parent & Baby Yoga
This yoga series is designed for parents/caregivers with pre-crawling babies and takes place at the YM&YWHA fan Washington Heights en Inwood. Birthing parents should be six+ weeks postpartum, and cleared by their doctor before joining class. Led by Briana O’Melveny, a certified yoga teacher. Classes available in a 2-, 4-, and 6-class pack. Parent and Baby yoga is scheduled for the following dates in room 312 on the 3rd floor, accessible by elevator. Stroller parking is available on the 1st floor.
