This outdoor class on the Y’s rooftop features play-based activities, gardening, सर्कल समय र संगीत, बच्चाहरूलाई साथीहरूसँग समाजीकरण गर्न र कक्षाकोठाको लयहरू सिक्न पोषण गर्ने वातावरण प्रदान गर्दा. Designed for children born in 2020, who turn two before the start of class, to attend with a parent or caregiver.

Come sing and dance with us as we welcome Shabbat with live music, आशीर्वाद, challah, र साथीहरू. सबै परिवारको उकुले शब्बतमा न्यानो स्वागत छ, यहूदी संस्कृति र छुट्टिहरूको Y को धेरै समुदाय-व्यापक समारोह मध्ये एक. उपस्थित हुन कुनै शुल्क छैन, but please make sure to RSVP here!
For children ages 0 – 5 with a parent or caregiver.
Takes place each Friday at the YM&YWHA of Washington Heights and Inwood, room 312 on the 3rd floor from 11:30 – 12:00. Accessible by elevator. Stroller parking is available on the 1st floor.
There is NO Ukulele Shabbat on Friday, November 25th or Friday, December 30th.

अभिभावक & Baby Yoga
This yoga series is designed for parents/caregivers with pre-crawling babies and takes place at the YM&YWHA of Washington Heights and Inwood. Birthing parents should be six+ weeks postpartum, and cleared by their doctor before joining class. Led by Briana O’Melveny, a certified yoga teacher. Classes available in a 2-, 4-, and 6-class pack. Parent and Baby yoga is scheduled for the following dates in room 312 on the 3rd floor, accessible by elevator. Stroller parking is available on the 1st floor.
