Zumba
Power Yoga
A more athletic version of vinyasa or “flow” yoga, where the body moves in sync with the breath. This full-body workout builds heat, focus and cardiovascular endurance, through continuous movement. All levels are welcome and yogis are encouraged to go at their own pace.
Attendees should wear soft-soled shoes and bring their own yoga mats.
Tuesday Yoga classes take place on the following dates from 9:00 – 10:00am.

Hatha Yoga
This 60 minute Hatha Yoga class combines breathwork, poses, and meditation with a focus on mind-body connection to reduce stress, build strength, improve flexibility, and align posture.
All levels welcome as poses can be modified based on the experience level of the practitioner.
Yoga classes take place on the following dates from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM in RM 312 at the Y.
