Power Yoga

A more athletic version of vinyasa orflowyoga, where the body moves in sync with the breath. This full-body workout builds heat, focus and cardiovascular endurance, through continuous movement. All levels are welcome and yogis are encouraged to go at their own pace.

Attendees should wear soft-soled shoes and bring their own yoga mats.

Hatha Yoga

This 60 minute Hatha Yoga class combines breathwork, poses, and meditation with a focus on mind-body connection to reduce stress, build strength, improve flexibility, and align posture.

All levels welcome as poses can be modified based on the experience level of the practitioner.
