Round Challah for Rosh Hashanah
2 packages (1/4 ounce each) active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1-1/2 cups warm water (110° to 115°), pin

2/3 ago plus 1 teaspoon honey, pin

2 teaspoons salt
6-7 cups bread flour
1 cup boiling water (raisins will soak in this water)
1/2-1 cup golden raisins (iyan)
1 tablespoon water

Apple Honey Muffins

1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1-2 epo epo
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats

Cinnamon-Honey Butter
1/2 cup vegan butter or butter, softened
1/4 ife oyin
