Kulimbitsa thupi
This 60 minute Hatha Yoga class combines breathwork, poses, and meditation with a focus on mind-body connection to reduce stress, build strength, improve flexibility, and align posture.
All levels welcome as poses can be modified based on the experience level of the practitioner.
Yoga classes take place on the following dates from 9:00 - 10:00am in room 312 on the 3rd floor at the Y, 54 Msewu wa Nagle. Classes are available in a 3-pack and 4-pack at a discounted price.
